Last month we announced Mater Dei High School would be going on-line for new textbooks.
To access the Adams Online bookstore, go to http://www.k12studentdirect.com/. For first time users, the generic username is Mater Dei and the password is student. After accessing the first time, you will then set up your own account with your username and password.
Here is an overview of the new bookstore process.
We will STILL have a “Bookstore Day” on July 23, 2009.
Hours will be 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The Soccer Club will still be selling used books in Room 105. That process has not changed, and it will be the same as in the past years. The changes that are taking place will occur with the “new” book side of the bookstore.
We will still be here on Bookstore Day and will have items that can only be purchased
at Mater Dei High School. Those items are:
PE Clothes, Locks, All Science workbooks – (example, Biology, Earth Science), Bibles,
Flash Drives, Mater Dei Spirit Apparel
All other books can be purchased on-line. We will have a computer lab open on bookstore day so you may come to Mater Dei to make your on-line purchases. We will have staff available to assist you.

The 2009-2010 school year is Social Studies textbook adoption. World History, U.S. History, Psychology, Sociology, and Government books will all be new next year. World Geography and Economics textbooks will be used again next year.
