Tuition and general fee payment schedule - 2008-2009 How Pre-Paid Tuition Works
Tuition will be due to the Catholic high schools no later than July 21, 2008. The following are important dates and deadlines:
- March 14 $300 Incoming Freshman tuition installment due
- April 25 $165 General Fee due for returning students
- July 21* Tuition due in full
*There will be a $50 late charge for payments not received by July 21, 2008.
Tuition Refund
The Evansville Catholic Interparochial High School Board has put into effect the following schedule to calculate tuition refunds:
- 100% refund—For all Student Withdrawls received prior to July 30 of the new school year
- 75% refund—For authorized Student Withdrawls received prior to August 31 of the new school year
- 50% refund—For authorized Student Withdrawls received prior to November 30 of the new school year
- 25% refund—For authorized Student Withdrawls received prior to January 31 of the new school year
- 0% refund—For Student Withdrawls received on or after February 1 of the new school year.
Catholic Education Foundation Tuition Assistance
The Catholic Education Foundation provides tuition assistance for Mater Dei & Reitz Memorial High School students based on financial need.
Out of respect for those who seek assistance, applications are reviewed without knowlege of the applicant's identity, and all awards are kept in strictest confidence.
The application for the 2008-2009 school year is available for downloading from this website. Printed applications will be available at the Catholic schools and parishes by end of December, 2007. The due date for submitting applications to CEF for the next school year, will be March 1, 2008.
