Building a Strong Foundation in Wildcats Girls Soccer
The Mater Dei High School girls soccer program in Evansville is led by head coach Maura Hulme and competes in the Southern Indiana Conference with determination and discipline. The Wildcats consistently field competitive teams, and over recent seasons have posted strong records—such as their 13–3 overall and 7–2 conference mark in the 2025–26 season.
On the state level, Mater Dei has built a legacy of success. The program won back-to-back IHSAA Class 1A girls soccer state championships in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, they stepped up to Class 2A and captured another state title with a 2–0 victory. The team’s winning culture highlights not just athletic talent, but also strong teamwork and resilience that define the Wildcats.
